ในปี พ.ศ. 2562 มูลนิธิอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอันดามัน (ANRCF) ได้ลงนามความร่วมมือกับ มูลนิธิอนุรักษ์เขาหลัก จังหวัดพังงา
โดยมี พลโท ปิยะวัฒน์ นาควัชระ นักอนุรักษ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและเป็นผู้นำในการขับเคลื่อนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นผู้ริเริ่มและผลักดันความร่วมมือครั้งนี้
ในปี พ.ศ. 2561 มูลนิธิอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอันดามัน (ANRCF) ได้ขยายพันธกิจขององค์กรโดยเชื่อมโยง “การอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม” เข้ากับ “การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์” ผ่าน โครงการนวัตกรรมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ในอำเภอลานสกา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช
โครงการนี้มุ่งพัฒนา “การท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ” ควบคู่กับการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น สะท้อนแนวทางใหม่ของมูลนิธิในการผสานความยั่งยืนทางสิ่งแวดล้อมเข้ากับการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของชุมชน
